BCBA Careers

What is a BCBA?

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) holds a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis. BCBAs provide behavior-analytic services and supervise professionals, including RBTs, who implement treatment.

The role brings together assessment, clinical decision-making, and collaboration. A BCBA turns information about a learner’s strengths, needs, and daily routines into an individualized plan, then reviews progress and adjusts treatment as needed.

Clinical care connected to everyday life

GBS’s mission is to help children with autism build skills for home, school, and community life. Clinical work connects treatment goals with what matters to the learner and their family, including communication, social participation, and greater independence in daily routines.

Green Behavioral Services is locally owned and operated in Jackson. Founder Jennifer Green, BCBA, brings more than 25 years of experience working with children and adults with disabilities and a background in special education. Our approach values individualized goals, practical teaching, and ongoing family collaboration.
